Glass panes and windows made from flat glass can be manufactured in a variety of materials, such as Borofloat glass, normal float glass, quartz glass and other materials available to us as sheet material.
We can offer the following options for the manufacture of filter panes and windows:
- Thermally hardened or untreated
- With different cuts and facets
- In various forms and dimensions
- Printed or coated
- Colored glass on request

Laser structured sight glasses
Our laser processing capabilities enable us to structure and treat not only tubes, but also the surface of flat glass. Here, small segments can be separated from thin substrates, or the surface can be specifically structured and marked. The insertion of small holes into the substrates with hole diameters from 0.1 mm is also possible. Our special services include inscribing 2D barcodes and contour cutting using laser in quartz glass and borosilicate glass 3.3.
CNC processing of glass plates
Produced with a 4-axle CNC machine, glass plates can be finely structured. Larger segments and small drilled holes can be made to ensure they are accurately aligned. Furthermore the technology can be combined with other methods like laser-surface-patterning and HF (aq) etching.
