Glass pipettes are made from a biocompatible material which is resistant to most solvents and cleaning agents, as well as acid and alkaline solutions. This makes them a viable, high-quality alternative to plastic pipettes.

Borosilicate glass (e.g. DURAN^©, PYREX^©, SIMAX^©)
Neutral glass (e.g. FIOLAX^© and DUROBAX^©)

For applications that require gamma sterilization, we use a special soda-lime glass that does not turn brown but remains transparent.
