20,000 oak trees planted

The dry weather experienced in previous years has left its mark on the forests here in Germany. In order to refill the gaps left by the sheer number of trees that needed to be felled, we have joined forces with Kreissparkasse Schwalm-Eder to finance a campaign to plant 20,000 trees as our contribution towards necessary reforestation efforts.

“We wanted to play our part in supporting the reforestation. Because the forests represent quality of life,” says Michael von Bredow, Chairman of Kreissparkasse Schwalm-Eder.
“We enjoy spending our free time exploring the forests, which is why we want to give something back to nature,” explains Managing Director Florian Salewski.
