Polyimide coated filling needles

Our glass needles feature high flexibility. For example, this is achieved by applying an external coating. The needles can be bent up to 360° and then return to their original alignment without any problem. Further, the capillaries are protected by the coating. Should they break despite their high flexibility, the coating holds together slivers and broken parts. Including their coating these capillaries are highly inert and the coating can only be dissolved by very few solvents. The needles are suited for filling micro pipettes and for dispensing smallest volumes, even at inaccessible positions.
